I (‘Astrologer’), offer Vedic astrology consultations and educational services, which may include, but are not limited to analysis of birth charts (Kundali/Janampatri), predictions and interpretations based on planetary positions and transits, guidance on various aspects of life such as career, relationships, health, finances and more, recommendations for lifestyle changes and religious or non-religious remedial measures (if applicable).
I do not represent or replace modern licensed health care, law, financial and other professionals. So consultations are for educational purposes and in no manner offered services are a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or other advice.

Nature of Vedic Astrology: Vedic astrology is a mathematical, predictive and interpretative system based on ancient Indian wisdom. Interpretations of its principles may vary across traditions or astrologers.
A Probabilistic Subject: Astrological predictions are based on calculations and interpretations, and while calculations can be deterministic given reliability of data sources but interpretations are rather probabilistic.
Guidance, Not Direction: The astrological insights and guidance provided are intended for educational, informational and self-awareness purposes only. They should not be taken as definitive instructions about the future and so you are responsible for your decisions before, during and after our sessions.
No Modern Professional Advice: The astrological services provided do not substitute modern medical, financial, legal, or psychological professional advice. I advise consulting with qualified professionals for such matters.
Confidentiality Standards: All discussions and Client details will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without explicit written consent, unless required by law.
Recording Prohibition: Both the Astrologer ([Your Full Name or Business Name]) and the Client explicitly agree that recording or saving the consultation sessions, in any format (including but not limited to audio, video, or written transcriptions), on any device or platform, is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized recording shall be considered a breach of this agreement.
Data Security: The Astrologer will take reasonable measures to ensure the security of Client data rec protecting them against unauthorized access or misuse. However, the Client acknowledges that no online or offline storage method is entirely risk-free.
Restrictions on Sharing: The Client agrees not to distribute, publish, or use consultation session notes for commercial purposes without explicit permission from the Astrologer.
Minors: The Astrologer may refuse to provide consultation services to minors without participation and consent of lawful guardian/s.
Third-party Consultations: If the Client requests consultation for people not related to them, the Astrologer may refuse to provide consultation.
By checking the Informed Consent and Liability Waiver checkbox, you (‘Client’), hereby understand and agree to the following:
Voluntary Participation: The Client is voluntarily seeking and participating in the Vedic astrology services offered by the Astrologer.
Assumption of Risk: The Client understands that interpretations and predictions in astrology are subjective and may not always be accurate. The Client assumes all risks associated with relying on the information provided.
Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Astrologer, its employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, proceedings, judgments, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses) arising out of or relating to:
a. The provision of Vedic astrology services on the website to the Client.
b. The Client's use or misuse of the information provided.
c. Any decisions or actions taken or not taken by the Client based on the services.
d. Any claims made by any third party arising directly or indirectly from the Client's reliance on the astrological services.
Release of Liability: The Client hereby release, waive, and forever discharge the Astrologer, their employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, losses, expenses, and liabilities of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with the Vedic astrology services provided on the website, including but not limited to any perceived inaccuracies in predictions or advice.
No Guarantees: The Client acknowledges that no guarantees or assurances have been made to me regarding the outcome or accuracy of the astrological consultations.
By checking the Informed Consent and Liability Waiver checkbox in the request form, you confirm that you have read and fully understand the terms and conditions detailed above, recognizing it as a legally binding contract between you and the Astrologer, its staff. You are aware that this document releases them from potential legal claims, and you voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions detailed above.
